Silkscreening
Short run printing process whereby ink is applied to the different substrates using a mesh screen. This printing process is very flexible allowing print to be applied to a number of substrates that are difficult to print with other methods. Substrates that can be printed using screenprinting are PVC, ABS, Chromadek, Perspex, Anodised Aluminium etc.

PVC DECALS
PVC Decals can be screen-printed using either PVC in sheet or roll form. PVC decals are extensively used to label outdoor items when the label needs to be weather and waterproof. The PVC has a very good outdoor lifespan and when combined with UV stabilisers gives varying degrees of outdoor lifespan. PVC‘s are divided into economy, intermediate and cast vinyls each with their own specifications and applications.

ALUMINIUM TAGS
Aluminium tags are screen-printed onto varying thicknesses of anodised aluminium according to the client’s specification. These tags are then sealed ensuring the ink keys to the surface becoming scratch resistant. Aluminium tags can be supplied with either square or round corners. They can also either have holes or adhesive for fixing to the required surfaces.

ABS
ABS – we screenprint onto varying thicknesses of ABS to create signs for different applications such as the standard safety signs used in factories and buildings to indicate hazards or to convey information. Printed ABS signs can be supplied with holes or adhesive for fixing onto surfaces as required.
